2017 Total Eclipse Soltice Information and Rules.
This is a family friendly festival grounds set up just for the Eclipse, which will experience approximately 1 minute and 54 seconds of totality the morning of Monday, August 21st.
There will be a grandstand for viewing, or the camp area is predominately flat with clear unobstructed views.
The facility will provide limited showers, portable toilets and handwashing stations and potable water is available on a first come basis to campers.
Additional services available: Black and grey water pump out can be reserved and scheduled on site. Camp host will have information about local community events nearby.
Limited food concessions will be on site and special events will be announced soon.
This site is located immediately adjacent to Hwy 22 which runs East / West and interconnects with Interstate 5 for easy access from all points in Oregon.

Rules
There is a minimum 3 night stay required. RV spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Please police your own area. We take pride in our grounds and the grounds. Please dispose of all waste material in appropriate receptacles.
Pets are allowed on leash and must be supervised and under control at all times.
No fires will be allowed. This includes: campfires, charcoal grills, portable fire pits and other open flame devices. Propane stoves and grills are the only exceptions. Absolutely no fireworks.
Food and Beverages – there will be onsite concessions available. Alcoholic beverages are to remain inside the individual sites.
Quiet time will be midnight until 7am. Please be considerate of your neighbors and observe the established quiet time (no generators, loud music, etc.). Generator use is allowed outside of quiet time hours only if it doesn’t disturb other camping patrons. Management reserves the right to prohibit generator use at any time.
Protect your belongings and lock up all valuable items. Sublimity Harvest Foundation and Eclipse Event will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damage of personal property of any kind.
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Golf carts, motorized scooters or ATV use is limited to roadways provided and clearly marked. All drivers must be licensed to drive and over the age of 18, proof of liability insurance may be requested.

This is a family event. Respect the privacy of others and their belongings. Please treat the grounds as your home because it will be for three or more days.
By reserving a campsite with the Sublimity Harvest Foundation Eclipse Event you agree to abide by all rules set forth now and on arrival. Violation of rules will result in eviction without refund, if you fail to leave the grounds when asked you will be trespassed.
Security will be on site overnight for the purpose of maintaining order and work to ensure safe accommodations for guests. They will not be asked to secure individual campsites or personal belongings.
